The Perfect Bedroom Temperature To Improve Sleep

Set the temperature in your bedroom between 60° – 68° F and your body will release more melatonin, the anti-aging and sleep inducing hormone.

Temperatures above 75° F and below 54° F can disrupt sleep and cause the body to waste energy trying to regulate temperature.  Having trouble drifting off to dreamland?  Take a warm bath 30 minutes before bed.  As you drift off and the residual water on your skin evaporates, the body will cool down, inducing sleepiness
