The Breakfast Tweak That Will Give You ALL-DAY ENERGY!
As seen in Woman’s World magazine! It may sound too good to be true, but research shows that eating more protein at breakfast can give you energy like a kid again! In one recent study, women over 65 who enjoyed more protein in the morning had more energy and felt stonger and peppier–and the effects lasted for hours. To get the benefits, I recommend enjoying at least 20 grams of protein every morning from 3 whole eggs, 1 cup of Greek yogurt, a scoop of protein powder, or 1 cup of oatmeal with 1/2 cup of nuts.
