Electromagnetic emissions from these items can act as a hidden toxin, disrupting cellular function and preventing the body from slipping into the deep, restorative sleep we need to wake up feeling refreshed–but simply unplugging the items mitigates the effect. Just keep a small flashlight near your bed for middle-of-the-night emergencies.
