Bath add-ins that BOOST IMMUNITY

When you feel like you may be coming down with something, bolster your immune defense with a bath! To get the benefits and stave off illness, run a tub to the hottest temperature you can tolerate, pour in 2 cups of unpasteurized apple cider vinegar and soak until the water cools. For best results, don’t shower for at least 4 hours–this gives the vinegar time to fully soak into your skin, raising the body’s pH at the cellular level to boost immunity. Enjoy a soak twice a week to make the body less hospitable for most bacteria and viruses.
