A Simple Way to SIDESTEP STRESS SNACKING

Many of us have been stress-eating our way through the challenges of the past year – understandably! To quash snack attacks, consider adding lecithin to your daily diet. In one German study, adults who supplemented with this fatty acid produced 80% less of the stress hormone cortisol during trying times. And that’s good news because cortisol has been shown to drive up cravings for sugary and salty foods. To get the benefits, add 2 Tbs. of lecithin granules to smoothies, salad dressings or tea daily.
