Mocha-Chai Breakfast Pudding

Two servings

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces freshly brewed coffee
  • 2 ounces coconut cream or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup hemp milk
  • 2 scoops Fat Flush Whey Protein powder, chocolate of vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/2 – 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 – 2 teaspoons Just Like Sugar (to taste)
  • Toppings: Grated coconut and/or sprinkle or grated dark chocolate

Instructions

Combine all ingredients (except toppings) in medium sized mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.  Chill 4-6 hours or overnight.
