Garlicky Roasted Breakfast Hash
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey sausage
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, chopped
- 1 large carrot, chopped
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 tablespoon bone broth
- Sea salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon minced thyme
- 1 teaspoon minced oregano
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook sausage in a large skillet until brown and cooked through. Stir in garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. In a large bowl, toss together the remaining ingredients with
the sausage mixture and pour into a large baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, until edges of vegetables are brown and tender. Serve warm.
