Cranberry Pine Nut Chutney
Ingredients

6 tablespoons cranberry juice

1 tablespoon pine nuts, toasted

1 tablespoon pine nut oil

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse gently until all ingredients are incorporated but retaining a bit of chunky texture.
